POLICIES

Autograph Policy

During official competitive rounds (Wednesday through Sunday), a PGA TOUR player will not sign autographs after the start of his round until it is complete. An autograph area will be designated at the tournament where all players have the option to use this area. We ask that you hold requests for autographs until the players, celebrities and professionals complete their rounds.

Alcohol Policy

Spectators are not allowed to bring any type of alcohol to the tournament grounds. Only beer and wine may be removed from any Private Hospitality area or a Clubhouse.

Prohibited Items Policy

Memorabilia for autographs, cell phones, pagers, radios, cameras, portable televisions, picnic baskets and coolers are not permitted on the grounds during the tournament. Such items will be confiscated or you will be asked to return the items to your vehicle.

QUICK TIPS

Find Out When and Where Your Favorite Players and Celebrities Tee Off

Daily pairings will be posted on www.bhcc.com and published in the daily newspaper sports section. Complimentary daily pairing sheets will also be available at every course throughout the tournament.

Daily Pairing Sheet and Course Map

Pick up a daily pairing sheet to find out when the players tee off and the order of the groups. Pairing sheets include course maps, and are available near entrances and at selected locations on the tournament grounds.

Wednesday through Saturday there will be one pro in each foursome. One way to tell the players from a distance is to look for their caddies, who wear vests with their player’s name on the back. Each celebrity’s caddie will also be wearing an identifying bib.

Inclement Weather Policy For Spectators

Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for "weather warning" signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately.
